Whether you are producing a one-time concert or a series of events in multiple locations, Paczolt offers insurance programs that cover your events and protects your investment.

Our insurance programs are available in all fifty states as well as in Canada. Depending on your production, you have a choice between a per-event policy or annual policy.

Our guarantee is that you will have the most comprehensive insurance coverage at a fraction of the cost of actual, albeit unforeseen, damages and liability.

We have both Single Event policies and Annual Event policies.

The Single Event policy covers events or multiple events that span thirty (30) days or less. Under the single event policy, you are protected from lawsuits arising from different liabilities, including general liability, liquor liability, automobile liability, physical damage, and third party property damage. This policy could also cover the cost of replacing damaged or stolen (rented/owned) equipment, sets, props and wardrobe, if you add an equipment schedule. It can also protects your bottom line from in case when an event is cancelled by adding an event cancellation policy, or medical attention is needed for event participants and spectators, or when you have to pay your workers.

Event Cancellation Special Event Insurance Annual Events Coverage Vendors and Exhibitors Annual Vendor & Exhibitor

The Annual Event policy is for events lasting over Thirty (30) days or for covering many events over the year. Like its Single Event counterpart, the Annual Event policy can protect you from lawsuits arising from different liabilities, including third party property damage, general liability, liquor liability, automobile liability, and physical damage. Damaged or stolen equipment, sets, props and wardrobe are also covered, regardless if rented or owned. All can be endorsed separately to your policy.

All the coverage’s listed above can be purchased together or you can pick and choose the coverage you require to lower the cost.

You cannot use the Single Event policy and the Annual Event to cover events that involve pyrotechnics, stunts, aircrafts, mechanical amusement devices, hazardous activities, or private armed guards. Concerts featuring live hip-hop rap music or live metal cannot be covered under our concert insurance. We do however have a special program available at a higher price that would cover the above restrictions.

Special Event Insurance Paczolt’s special event insurance program provides the broadest coverage at the most competitive prices available for your special event.
